How it works

Step 1Discovery Call

You’ll connect with a growth strategist to discuss the basics of your business, what you’re looking for, and your growth goals.

Step 2Deep Dive

Once we receive your fully refundable $1,000 deposit, we’ll send you a form to fill out. It covers the current state of your business (Point A), the desired future state of the business (Point B), and your existing marketing and sales efforts/ecosystems.

Step 3The Roadmap

Your Republix Small Business growth strategist will review your form, make comments, brainstorm ideas, and do research. They’ll then build the roadmap for the best way to get your business from Point A to Point B.

Step 4Blueprint Session

During your session, your growth strategist will walk you through your personalized Growth Blueprint. Once the session is complete, we’ll return your $1,000 deposit. If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll equip your business with an agile growth department that provides predictable, proven processes.

We encourage any stakeholders involved in decisions about your company’s growth to attend the session.

What is the refund policy on the Growth Blueprint?
At the end of your Growth Blueprint session, there are three possible outcomes:

1. If we can’t project with reasonable certainty that you’d get a 3x return on your
investment, we refund your deposit.

2. If we produce a solid plan and projections, and you decide to partner elsewhere to
achieve your growth goals, we refund your deposit.

3. If you LOVE what we’ve outlined and you are interested in moving forward, we refund your deposit.
